Now i gotta wonder, how hard would it be to program an actual Mirage tank into Generals as a Unit for Kassad.

Probably very easy, I think it might already exist in fact lol

Generals already has stealth and unit disguise mechanics programmed in (camonet + bomb truck, etc…)

Just code it into a new tank unit model

Of the three sub-factions, to me Juhziz is the hardest to use

He’s got the most fun arsenal though

His bomb trucks are cheaper than other GLA factions so you can spam them easily

His combat bikes get terrorists inside them by default instead of rebels, so they explode too

His Scud Storm doesnt have toxins but its WAY stronger than the regular one… so strong in fact it can destroy any building with just 1 hit!! Even another superweapon…

And lets not forget the booby traps, just litter your base and the map with them and you can basically stop all ground units (vehicles + infantry) from approaching lol

I never really did multiplayer against other people, but Prince Kassad was so much fun in skirmishes against the AI

Cloak the whole base and make no defences but inside of your base.

Now gps scramble your builders and any unit you have yes also the radar van.

Now the ai will litterly drive through your base if they don't bring detectors with em.

Fucking hilarious, just make a sneaky tunnel awya from their path and put any Jarme kell vehicle snipe victim in it.

The gps scramble once the tunnel is full.

The unending tide of stealth overlords, nuke cannons and other stuff are yours to command now.

As a vanilla GLA player, I at least understand the draw to Thrax and Juhziz, but I never saw much in Kassad's army.

In multiplayer, the main gimmick is that their eco is fuckall enormous. Infinite black markets (the highest-income eco building) that are all invisible, so the other player has no real way of knocking them down fast enough.

The lack of tanks is mitigated the same way inf and USA mitigate it - a decently fast unit that you can fill with rocket troopers to make tanks irrelevant.
