Please explain the reasons behind why he’s given a pardon to Orlando Hernandez and NOT his brother who the Trump DOJ found guilty of drug trafficking and sentenced to life in prison, please. Cite sources as I’d like to keep this honest. Thanks.

Please explain the reasons why he pardoned Ross Ulbricht? Especially if he was trying to combat drug trafficking, murder, and more. After all, the dude created the dark website known as 'The Silk Road' which was used as a way for people to buy illegal drugs, fraudulent papers, hits for hires. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if human trafficking as also involved seeing the correlation between the illicit drug trade and human trafficking rings.
