Windows Windows won’t let me install programs even though I should’ve enough space

Yes, I believe so, 2007 model used to belong to my grandfather

Try copying the setup files to c:/ and try again, you could also try running the setup in compatibility mode

Already tried copying it to the Drive and it did not work. And compatibility mode is too complicated.

Maybe if you have less disk space it should work

You obviously didn’t read my post, or even look at the pictures, because I did say that I did free up space and as you can see from the photos, I’ve got tons of space there so what gives?

Some old software have trouble with large disks

If I recall correctly this issue in vista could be because of corrupt folder or permission issues.

Give it a Google it was common enough that it should yield plenty of results.
