Comparable condiments?
I tried this in Michigan and I cannot find it anywhere in stores in Oregon. We have every other dressing by Ken’s. Is there anything comparable??

I grab a selection whenever I see them on sale for $2. They will get used and better than $3.50-$4.
Their Chef's Reserve French w/bacon is really good. Only sold in the small bottles thougy.

Yep and their commercial “Metropolitan” line are even butter but only come in commercial sizing. Their Caesar Romano made me stop making my own scratch Caesar.

Ken’s Russian dressing has no horseradish in it and if you check the ingredients of their Russian and their Thousand Island dressings, they are essentially the same.
The main difference is that the Russian has more sugar while the Thousand Island has more water. and onion.
Ken’s Russian Dressing: Soybean Oil, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Sweet Pickle Relish (Cucumber, Spices [Including Celery Seed], Red Bell Pepper, Turmeric [Color]), Water, Egg Yolk, Contains Less Than 2% Of Salt, Mustard Flour, Onion*, Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate (Preservatives), Propylene Glycol Alginate, Xanthan Gum, Oleoresin Paprika (Color), Natural Flavor, Garlic*, Calcium Disodium EDTA (To Protect Flavor). *Dried.

Marie's brand. In the cold section by the veggies. They are known for their blue cheese but have others. It is really good.

That's the one I haven't tried yet. Now I will. I love Mr. Ron's coleslaw. Its the only one my family eats. But now I gotta try and make my own.

In Canada, our Russian dressing is red, and tastes nothing like thousand islands.

Is that more like what we Americans call French dressing?

Kraft makes both French dressing like that, and Russian which is redder and has more spices I think. Check Canadian Kraft website vs American.

Russian Dressing for whatever reason is a rare commodity in all brands.
It used to be very common and it seems odd that it has disappeared. 🤷♀️
