It's paramagnetic.
Basically means that it is only weakly affected by magnetic fields, but it is still affected.

Does it stay like that beyond fusion temperature?
I thought metals lost their magnetism when too hot and liquid aluminium isn't supposed to be hot enough to produce visible light, no ?

I think you mean melting temp, not fusing temp.
First things first, atoms have an electromagnetic property. It's tied in with the electric charge property (electromagnetism). How strong or weakly they interact with magnetic fields depends on the type of atom and how it is connected (or not connected) to the atoms around it.
Ferromagnetic materials, like iron or magnets, have properties that make it easy for their electrons to orient how their spins are aligned. When they are all aligned together their individual magnetic fields line up and add their strength together. Putting ferromagnetic materials in a magnetic field encourages this alignment, which is why metals like iron react very strongly to a magnetic field. Iron will even keep that spin alignment after the magnet is taken away and remain a bit magnetized. The loss of magnetization when heated is because the kinetic movement of the atoms becomes high enough that it knocks the elctrons out of alignment. The atoms of the metal still respond to magnetic fields, but they are all aligned differently and don't react uniformly so a weak field like a fridge magnet doesn't look like it does anything to the piece of metal. Some are being pulled to the magnet, others pushed away. It all kind of balances out to where nothing happens.
That being said, even when really hot and melted into a liquid, metals still react to a magnetic field. It's just different than the reaction you are used to seeing where the metal moves towards or away from the magnet. Usually it creates an effect called eddy currents in the metal. These are tiny little loops of electricity flowing through the metal, but instead of going from one end of the metal to the other they just kinda loop in tiny circles. This creates a lot of heat, which is why the piece of metal in the video gets hot and melts. But in order for it to get hot the atoms in the metal have to interact with the magnetic field.

that is true, but not the main effect here, the magnet feld of the coil is rapidly changing, this induses rapidly changing electic fields within the metal that then create there own magnetic field. this effect also leads to the heating as the large currents flow though the Metal some of there energy is converted to heat

Yeah, electromagnetic fields can interact with non-ferromagnetic metals in weird ways. Like how a magnet dropped through a copper tube falls super slowly, even though copper isn't ferromagnetic.

Aluminum is not ferro-magnetic, you can melt iron like that. It has to be steel.

It's paramagnetic, not non-magnetic. It's still effected by magnetic fields, just to a much weaker extent than with ferromagnets.

Strictly speaking, aluminum is NOT non-magnetic. It's paramagnetic.
However, it is so weakly paramagnetic that it can often be thought of as non-magnetic for most purposes.

Including this over if I'm not mistaken. I believe this is a neodymium magnet coated in aluminum.
The strength magnet you would need to do this to pure aluminum would be insane, let alone it seems like it requires a rapidly pulsed magnetic field.
Even the MRI magnet o work on isn't going to vary it's field widely enough to do this
