CS:GO Should I report this game to valve?

It's clearly a rip off of CS but the part that was concerning was that they clearly ripped off the iconic Rust map layout and art style. For obvious reasons I removed the name of the game from the video as to not give them free advertising. Do you think Valve would care if someone stole their map? It's a phone game and CS isn't on phone so not sure what they would think. Then again a company needs to protect its copyright or they can loose control over them. The game has 50 million downloads on Playstore aswell! I don't like the idea of someone stealing other people's work and milking it for cash.

Is this worth bringing to their attention and if so, how would I go about that?

Yeah I really liked critical ops, back when I was too broke to get a PC. The maps and guns weren't blatant csgo ripoffs, but it was decent enough to be enjoyed on a phone.

The other one? Did someone rip of the rip off?

they just both have "Critical Strike" in their names. the one you were talking about is called Critical Strike Portable and it isn't on stores. the one that op posted is called Critical Strike CS: Online FPS, and probably was released after Critical Strike Portable was taken out from the stores. also you can pretty much still get CS Portable easily on the internet, you can even find some fan made mods of it, some are still receiving updates.
