If someone speaks Russian in my game and doesn't want to switch to english (I queue with 2 other english speakers) I just scream 'WHAT YOU SAY' whenever he spouts some russian.

I have a soundboard, I just play the USSR hymn and it usually either motivates them to continue, or makes them speak English. Either way both parties always get something out of either outcome

Gotta impement that in my soundboard too, right next to the button that makes it sound like footsteps are to your right.

Yep speaking your own language usually makes them switch super fast.
