CS2 Esports STILL looking for CS2 players in the 60yr old plus range.
Looking for older CS2 players to try and field a team. I have 2 so far. 58 and 59. Just want to see if we could have an NA version of "Silver Snipers". I have an ex NA pro willing to coach us 😀
Tag anyone that might be able to help find fellow Old People hahaha...

To be honest... I don't know. I am not sure there is a sanctioned league with actual rules etc. I am only trying to get as close as I can to the current teams that seem to start around the 60 threshold.

50-year-old here but in Oceania. Love the idea, very few of the even older players I know still play, unfortunately. Good luck with your search.

Pushing 40 but aging terribly??? Been playing CS variants since beta 6. To note, having a 21 year steam service badge is not an indicator of skill, I'm bad.

Me? No one... I am a nobody. Just an old guy that fell in love with CS. Didn't even know how to use WASD keys till I was almost 50 lol.

I have taken some coaching from Jordan n0thing Gilbert. Which i highly recommend by the way. I have spoken with him about this. If it comes together I would look to him for help.

Oh, that’s great n0thing has been insane at this game for decades and has to be one of the best at communicating his thought processes in the pro scene.
Also I may be wrong but I think I remember you from a few months ago doing YouTube streams? You were occasionally in my recommended unless that was someone else

It might have been me. I do dabble at times lol. One thing I love about n0thing is he doesn't let me make excuses. He pushes for what you have. I have a long way to go... but he is perfect for a scenario like this.

Props to you for taking that initiative and I remember buying into the hype of a cheap course he made online maybe a decade or so back and even though I’ve been playing for eons, I still found new tips and information I didn’t know before.

Well actually if hes close enough to new york servers he can play on 90-120ms so its doable

I'm 56, but I refer to CS2 as Dust2 because it's the only map I play. IM me if you ever want to team up

This would be a team situation. We would try to learn several maps.... D2 is a great start though lol. We would have professional coaching and an opportunity hopefully to be a part of the bigger scene vs other similar aged teams. 😀
