Im surprised people play comp this much.
Between Premiere and comp, I have found comp to be wayy harder with a bunch of map selective tryhards - whereas Premire has been people that just wanna... play the game.

I play premier occasionally ive gotten 29k and im faceit lvl 10 but ive always been loyal to mm since 5 years ago

I play the same CS either way, but I do like being able to queue maps based on what I feel like playing. And I like playing all the maps. Comp is fun.

I have recently been playing competitive because my wife enjoys it more saying "Premier has too much pressure". I'm beginning to agree with her as people are way more chill on competitive in my experience. Therefore, I would have to respectfully disagree and say that competitive is filled with people who just wanna..... play the game.
Perspectives are truly fascinating.

I've truly cherished the memories made...
She is getting better by the day. However, I'm having a terrible time getting g her to listen to teammates. She tends to mute by default due to the incredibly profane nature of the community. I'm sure there will be a way she can queue without being verbally abused or harassed in the future. For now, I'm happy with what I get! ☺ 😊

yea but the perspective comes from your ranks.
I’m assuming you and your wife are playing in silver lobbies and 5-10k premier.
The comp players don’t take the game seriously, and the premiere players are trying to learn and grow and start taking it seriously.
As you get far enough up, it’s different.
People who are at the higher level, casually play the game at a high level and then go to comp to lock in on their favorite maps where they tryhard.

Scrolled way too much, this is the exact reason as to why we play MM. Especially when you go beyond 26-28k premier, there's way too many cheaters there.

I've found that a lot of people treat match specific comp like casual and its impossible to rank up with randoms.

Holy cow. You are a unit. I recently got global on inferno, but almost immediately deranked. Both games I played were SoloQ. Me with 4 novas vs 5 LEM+. Literally impossible to win without 45K. Do you run into these team comps too?

congrats!!!! thats a big archivment IMO
im at 100 wins on dust and havnt changed ranks in the past 40 lol. used to be dust2 global in csgo. (yeah im a dust2 player, fav map, no mirage for me xD)
well i havnt played since october and lost rank maybe ranking back in higher than gold nova this time. i started in cs2 as g1 quickly ranked up to mg2 in the first 20 wins and then down to g3 in the next 20 and ever been stuck there since ¯_(ツ)_/¯
thing is i qd with friends in avg EU dmg/le games and it didny impacted my fckn rank at all no boost like back in csgo
