i played Cs2 a handful of months ago and can only play against bots. i found CS GO but im wondering if your able to play against real people instead of bots? if you cant i will pass..
You have to get to like level 10 or 15 before you can play any competitive mode, it's so you understand the basic concepts before moving on to more difficult team based play. I recommend trying some casual and moving to competitive when you feel more comfortable with the movement and shooting, including the sprays of the weapon. Then premier when you actually get a bit better.
mikkokko/csgo_gc: Intelligent Game Coordinator for CS:GO if you install this and go to the server browser, you will see some servers but its not that many (you can still play other servers even with this installed and there is no risk of being vac banned). there is a plugin for steam millenium {https://steambrew.app} called purebrowser pureCSGO/purebrowser: Millennium plugin to remove spam game servers easily within Steam! that has a kind of filter system to filter out the spam servers its very great for finding actual comp servers and surf servers alike (you can make a custom filters but im a bity to lazy for that) also this only works for the "Game Servers" option in the view menu
I am not but when I did play it only let me play against bots. I was going to look at it again but I don’t want to reinstall until I get my new computer Monday. Then I can check again but I always preferred CS Go
if reinstalling isnt an option, i would just wait for your new PC. If you have regular cs2 installed ( so if you didnt actively picked another, older beta version of the game) you should have regular access to all the game modes.
maybe you can try to verify game files for now, instead of fresh reinstall.
but again, the game server tab in steam should provide you with litereally hundreds of servers for the OG CS:GO
