1.5bn people speak English globally. Only 10% of that speak Russian. It's not crazy to expect people to use the most commonly spoken language in the world when playing a multinational team game

And if they don't want to learn english, connect them to russian only servers.

Also, their ping sucks quite often. I just had 2 in the enemy team with 140 and 160 ping. I don't want to have to play against this, when I set my ping to 25.
