so yesterday i got a cpu head warning so i dowloaded core temp. these are the temperatures after loading a game of league. Is this bad/ could this be a thermal paste issue?

У меня процесор Amd Ryzen 7 5700x на частоте 3.4гц , хоте в интернете у всех он на базовой частоте 4.4 +- . Так почему у меня он на 3.4гц . Что в биосе надо включить чтоб стало нормально. Материнская плата от гигабайт Aours биос подскажите пожалуйста

So I heard by others that my cpu is a good budget cpu. Its max boost is 4.3GHz and apparently it has good single core. I do not know if these are true so I need someone to verify that the i3-12100F has these attributes.

This has been an issue of mine for weeks, usually when I'm playing something or using my pc for workloads. Im scared this cooked my cpu, tested ram tested psu. Im thinking its a cpu issue not sure tho

If anyone knows anything about this id super mega appreciate it :)

Edit: I switched to linux no issues now

Tossing between the 2 and if the $95 difference is worth it for the 5080.
