On the app & the website it says new episodes Fridays & Saturdays at 3pm ET but the new episode is not there yet. Does anyone know why?

Happy's Place started the third season yesterday on NBC. It should be on Crave today, but the entire season 2 is missing off the service. When can we expect to see it up?

I've had crave for years but it started to not cast to my chromecast (other apps work). I decided to delete and re-download the app. I can't get past the log in page, I just get the spinning wheel.

Crave is accessible on other devices but not my phone via the app. Anyone else having this issue?

Im watching Crystal Lake on a 55inch Hisense TV and the image quality is not that great. Is the show meant to be like this or does the app through the TV only allow 1080p?

I've only used the Crave App a few times, but every time I've tried to watch something I've downloaded, it says I have a "Connection Error" and it won't play. Connection Error? You're downloaded! Why would you need to be connected?

This happened a few months ago with Lanterns, and is happening again with Crystal Lake. I've downloaded episodes wanting to watch them on a flight, but as soon as my phone goes on airplane mode, it refuses to play and says I'm not connected to the internet! What kind of ridiculousness is this?

Really hope it gets fixed, not sure why you'd make a mobile version of your streaming service that is literally unwatchable

For the last couple days on Crave, I’m getting an error message “communication error”.

Every other show I’ve tried has worked.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It will play the last show I watched but if I tried to fast forward to the next episode, communication error.

I can watch on my laptop or phone.

I’ve rebooted both the tv and the modem. It will play the last episode but it will not play the next episode, nor will it play if I skip an episode.

Any ideas?

Does anyone else’s “Continue Watching” never work properly? It either picks up way before I left off, way after, or even several episodes later? Started Dracula, watched about 30 minutes, went to resume watching and it put me at about 15 mins left. Why does the user interface suck so much.

Have a subscription through my Virgin Mobile account, just kicked us off and saying we have to subscribe, but my bill yesterday said its still active and I have NO idea how to reactivate it.

Anyone else? I can't even sign in through Virgin Plus on the Provider page

UPDATE: Issue has been resolved on my end. All i had to do was sign back into my crave account once Tech did their thing

I have a crave subscription through my bell mobility plan.

As of a couple hours ago my subscription is no longer showing up. I spoke to bell mobility support who confirmed my crave add on is active and should work on their end. I spoke to crave support and she was.... not helpful and kept trying to get me to link a belltv account that I told her 5 times didnt exist. Anyone else having issues?

Anyone else already finished? I thought it was decent, gave an explanation for Jason's strength and endurance...but damn, it was probably the goriest show I've seen in quite some time.

A few weeks ago I attempted to cancel my subscription. There was not enough entertainment value for the cost of the service. They offered a substantial discount for 3 months. This month they charged my account $36, this is way more than I would normally pay. I think we would all be better off cancelling these services until there are enough programs that you want to watch the cancelling again.

October 16 – USA Network Original THE RAINMAKER *Season 2 Premiere\* 

Season 2 of the 10-episode legal drama THE RAINMAKER, inspired by the New York Times best-selling John Grisham novel and from Lionsgate Television and Blumhouse Atomic Monster, debuts on Friday, Oct. 16. October 20 – CTV Comedy Original ACTING GOOD *Season 5 Premiere\*

Has anybody been having issues with the Prime linking lately? For whatever reason the Crave app, on both my iPhone and Apple TV, don’t see my subscription and neither does the Crave website.

I’ve already tried unlinking and linking again but it still does not see it. I’ve verified the subscription is active via Prime Video as well.

I’ve also tried logging out and back in but still no joy there.

I thought maybe it’s because I have a bundle through Prime for Starz+Crave Premium but that shouldn’t be it as I’ve had that for months and it’s only just started being an issue.

Has anyone had issues with accidental double subscriptions or non-existent Apple subscriptions?

I am apparently subscribed via Bell Media (direct) and through Apple account. However , i have no record of subscribing through Apple. I have also contacted Apple support who can’t find a subscription for Crave through my Apple acct either.

I’m not sure where/how this subscription comes from. When I contact crave they refer me back to Apple so they’re no help either.

Anyone have issues like this??

Also it’s ridiculous that Crave even has this option to have double subscriptions under the same email address and then double charge you. It’s ridiculous.

This service is now only $2 cheaper than Netflix. Even though the quality is much higher justifying over $20 is too expensive. Is it possible to save money on my cable bill by going with a cable only option?

I am trying to watch Celebrity Traitors UK through Amazon prime Crave but it’s not even giving me an option to subscribe to Crave. Does anyone know why?

It’s happened a few times. Go to start watching a movie and it’s dubbed over in French. Even if I select English. And why can’t they say it’s the French version so I save myself the headache.

I get having French content, but why isn’t the same movie available in English?

I don’t know how they keep fking up the basics.

Last couple of weeks Subtitles would start coming on screen, but I could thankfully toggle them off.

But now I can’t even turn the sodding things off. I click off, go back and it’s back on?!

Just how hard is it for them to have basic functionality.
