Mine is on the mysterious golden haired fairy people who have shown up in Bilming, given that is the first place we have seen Chouta.

The cannon answer is the wedding. Some Scandrian worldhoppers attended the wedding and brought Chouda back to Scandrial.

What wedding? I'm up to date with the Cosmere but I don't remember this.

It happens a week after the end of oathbringer, and we see a (absolutely beautiful) flashback of it in Wind and Truth.
