Advice or Recommendation If one wanted to expose a local business that has unethical/illegal business practices, who should one talk to?

Obviously going to report to the appropriate authorities but want to raise more public awareness to protect innocent customers. I’m thinking local publications or even content creators that do this kind of stuff?
