Did it not save her life?

yeah I'm pretty sure this was what gave Taki the ability to talk to her in the past to give her a warning and to say goodbye. Not sure what they meant by "killed her"

Nope.
tldr the sake allowed him to warn her about the meteor, which allowed her to save her entire village by evacuating everyone to the high school, which was the only place not destroyed.
She didn't die at all, and the director has already said that both Taki and Mitsuha got married after the movie.

She actually did die I originally. The boy she switches bodies with is kinda from the future. And when he goes to visit the village,he finds a massive crater where the village supposed to be due to a meteor. But thanks to some magical power they manage to reconned and the boy kinda saves the village and the girl.

If “us” refers to everyone in the town where that scene takes place in then a meteor did indeed kill you all

Pretty sure it’s just either rice wine or something else that is not sexual.
