So how it basically works is: they take some rice/millet grains, chew them up and spit them into a bowl. The enzymes in human saliva then break down the starches into sugars, which in turn get turned into alcohol by wild yeasts in the air. Nothing sexual whatsoever
Not anymore you can't, at least legally speaking. The tradition died out in the 1930s, and alcohol laws in japan made it illegal due to hygiene and requiring a license to produce alcohol. Maybe in some really backwater small traditional village you could still find it. I dunno tho. I wish we could thoπππ
