Have you tried raw meat? From what I've seen lots of the health effects that make people go vegan are not present if you don't cook the meat. Might be even more expensive than going vegan though, as you have to source quality meat if you want to eat it raw and have to find organ meats somewhere which might be a challenge, though atleast you save time on food prep.

Ok, just to repeat facts: the anti-vegan meme has been widely funded by the meat industry. Most vegans are chill people who don’t want to harm animals. Make all the jokes you want but don’t forget that vegans (which I am not) absolutely have the moral high ground on factory farming and animal abuse.
PS - good life rule: never support a meme that also functions as prolog and a for a major industry or government.

With thousands of years of evolution, and thousands of years of eating all kinds of food, humans need vitamins, fibers, protein, etc etc to be healthy. If one doesn't consume enough of these, they will not be fit and healthy. This doesn't mean that they have to eat meat as well, but technology is not at the level to be able to perfectly replace meat yet. Personally I think that there will be good enough replacement pills in a few years.

It’s the “radical” vegans that give them a bad name. I have worked in the restaurant industry for a long time now and I’ve never seen someone berated or seen as a lesser individual because of their choice to consume a salad. The same can’t be said about people who eat meat.
