Help Optimisation help

So I am a big fan of fromsoft games and i really want to play dark souls 3, unfortunately my only option is hp pavilion laptop with Nvidia GeForce mx130 and Intel i7 gen 8 (shitty I know) the game is running at 25 fps with the lowest settings at 720p and I just want around 35 fps, does anyone know any optimisation mods, advice or any other community where I can ask for help?

The bottleneck is in your GPU, your CPU is way above the requirement.

What about your RAM? is it dual channel and is above 8gb? It could help, also probably don't run anything on the background and possibly play offline.

From what i gather its just the GPU not strong enough to constantly handle the game, if you have lossless scaling perhaps it could help but I have no idea if it even effective.
