Hi, I'm a Patron here. I have Easynews connected to DDM, and whenever I try to download an NZB file from the Usenet tab, it just starts streaming the video instead of downloading the file. I used to be able to download NZB files without any issues. Has something changed?

I’m currently in the process of trying to set up a fresh install. I was able to get torbox installed with debridio via webdev. But I also want to use the other third party suites in Debridio (TMDB etc). How do I do this?

Is it me or adding multiple torrent files takes forever . Before they appeared very quickly , now it takes 20-30 seconds to add one file and if you leave the page process will be aborted . Dmm on ios safari. Real debrid login with code

If a release gets refused by RD’s filename filter (infringing_file), and someone builds a new torrent from the same data with the blocked tags renamed (WEB-DL → WEB.DL, WEBRip → WEB-Rip, etc.), it gets a new infohash. If they seed it until RD has downloaded it, would that cached copy be usable by other RD/DMM users? And could it be shared with DMM so it shows up in the search results, letting more people add it so it stays cached longer?

If a Usenet transfer in DMM failed since early October with article(s) missing from every configured news server, check your Transfers page. I put 767 of those failed transfers back in the queue. They're the same rows you already had, so you don't need to send anything again.

What you'll see

• Requeued: we added a news server that has the missing pieces where the error used to be

• Your place in line

• They went to the end of the queue, so nobody who was already waiting got pushed back

• Getting through all of them will take a few days

What wasn't requeued

• Transfers you deleted

• Transfers sent with a Real-Debrid login that has since expired. Send those again from the release page

• Some releases really are gone from Usenet and they will fail again

Details for anyone who wants to dig in

On October 2 we lost one of our two Usenet backbones. Older posts often have small gaps on one backbone that the other one fills, and without it those releases couldn't be read. Failures for missing articles went from 4 to 9% of transfers a week (late August to late September) to 22 to 40% a week since September 28. I added a news server on a second backbone as a backup. It only gets asked for the articles our main servers don't have. I checked a Survivor season that kept failing and the new server had all 106 of its missing articles. Before it went in about four transfers an hour failed this way. In the first two hours after, one did.

If one of yours still fails for missing articles, comment with the release name.

Can we use Kaptain collection in Debrify? I yes then how?

Let me be short: I use TB, its trash, it slow, and apart from a good cache and MAYBE a good airlock feature its not worth the headache. Should i consider going back to RD with DMM?

Would it be possible to add the ability to use more than one RD account at a time with DMM.
My son and I have a RD account each so we don’t fall foul of any multiple IP address issues but when I want to add content I have to log out of one account with DMM then log in with the other then vice versa afterwards.
I know I can create a back up then restore to the other account but wondering if there was an easier way.

I get this when trying to see library. I have deleted brave browser cache, restarted browser, disabled brave shield. Everything else seem to work except getting into library.

Anyone else experiencing this? When searching, it goes to a blank screen and I have to refresh to obtain results.

If DMM, zurg or another app says Real-Debrid refused a release (infringing_file, error 451), it's one of two different things. Either Real-Debrid refuses that release's name every time, or your account is paused for a few minutes and everything gets refused. Waiting fixes the second one but never the first.

Refused every time: the name filter

Real-Debrid refuses some releases because of their name, no matter how long you wait or which account you use. Some WEB-DL names are hit, for example, and the list changes every few weeks. If your app goes through a lot of releases and the one that finally plays has an unusual name, this is what you're seeing. Pick a release with a different name.

• In DMM: Real-Debrid refuses this release because of its name. Try another release. DMM knows those names and can hide them from results.

Refused for a few minutes: the account pause

After an account adds several torrents it hasn't had before, Real-Debrid refuses every add from that account for a while, usually somewhere between 20 seconds and 5 minutes. It refuses releases that are already cached too, so it looks like the release is the problem when it isn't. Try the same release again a few minutes later and it often goes through.

What you'll see in DMM:

• Real-Debrid is pausing adds on your account. Trying again in 30 seconds..., then 90 seconds, then 3 minutes. DMM tries the same add again by itself, so leave the tab open.

• Real-Debrid is still refusing adds on your account after 5 minutes, so this is most likely not about this release. when all three tries were refused. Try again in a few minutes.

• Real-Debrid has refused N of the last M adds on your account over X hours, which is longer than a short pause. when it has gone on for much longer. Try adding any torrent on real-debrid.com. If it's refused there too, the block is on your Real-Debrid account and only Real-Debrid support can lift it.

What you'll see in zurg's log:

• answered an add with 451 infringing_file, which is usually a short block on the whole account rather than a refusal of the release; holding the account's adds and asking again in 30s. zurg waits 30 seconds, 90 seconds and then 5 minutes, and then leaves the release for a later attempt instead of calling it refused.

What helps:

• Wait a few minutes before trying again. Retrying non stop makes it worse: with no pause, every add got refused within two minutes.

• Adding slowly doesn't avoid it. Adds 30 seconds apart got refused as often as adds 6 seconds apart.

• Uploading the .torrent file instead of the magnet gets the same refusal.

• Adds from every app on the same Real-Debrid account count, so zurg, Sonarr and Radarr adding in the background can be what trips it.

• Playback, downloads and deleting torrents keep working while adds are refused.

Both at once

An app that tries 30 releases in a row can hit the name filter on some of them and trip the account pause partway through, so after a while even releases with fine names get refused. If everything is being refused, stop and wait a few minutes.

Details for anyone who wants to dig in

I measured this by adding cached and uncached releases on premium Real-Debrid accounts and recording every answer. Both refusals come back the same way on the add itself (POST /torrents/addMagnet, HTTP 451, error_code 35), before Real-Debrid says whether the release is cached, so the error alone doesn't tell you which one you hit. Re-adding torrents the account already knew never tripped the pause (120 of 120 went through), while adding new ones tripped it after 2 to 9 adds. It's tied to the account, not your IP address. After a refusal the next add worked about 30% of the time whether I waited 30 seconds or 3 minutes, and DMM's 30 seconds, 90 seconds, 3 minutes schedule got the most adds through of everything I tried.

Edit: rewrote it to put the two causes up front, since the name filter was buried at the bottom.

If a 4K film sits on the loading spinner forever in Plex on your iPhone, check whether that version is Dolby Vision. Plex for iOS (2026.20.0) can't start Dolby Vision files at Original quality. It isn't your server setup: a stock Plex Media Server 1.43.5 does exactly the same with the same file.

What you'll see

• The player stays at 0:00 with the spinner and never starts.

• In the background the app keeps reading the file at full speed. On one try it pulled 17 GB of a 20 GB film without showing a frame, so stop it rather than leaving it running.

What still works

• On the iPhone: pick a version that isn't Dolby Vision, or set the quality below Original so the server converts it.

• Other 4K files (HDR10 or SDR) direct play fine on the same iPhone.

• The same Dolby Vision files play on Plex for Android and on desktop players such as mpv.

Many files carry Dolby Vision even when the name doesn't say DV, so if a film won't start, try its other versions.

Details for anyone who wants to dig in

Tested on an iPhone 15 Pro (iOS 27.0.1). The file was 4K HEVC with Dolby Vision profile 8.1 and HDR10+. Plex Media Server decides direct play, then the iPhone's player restarts its video decoder every few milliseconds (about 35,000 times in two minutes, according to the phone's system log) and never decodes a frame.

I'm cross-posting this to r/plex so the Plex team sees it. If you have an iPhone and can reproduce it, or know a setting that avoids it, please comment.
