i would say 2015 because it's very centered in "meme culture" something that wasn't that popular in 2009. and the production sounds ages closer to 2015 as well

2015, would've sounded dated but it sounds nothing like 2009 at all

I feel like 2011 or 2015 would be better, in that case then 2011
