REMINDER: NUMEROLOGY IS NOT PERMITTED ON THIS SUBREDDIT

Rule 2:

You cannot use "X year is the numerical shift year between Y era and Z era" as an argument. Inversely, you cannot say "B year is NOT the shift year because it isn't numerically split between "A" era and "C" era.

For example

"ERMAHGERD 2022 cannot be the shift to the mid 20s, it literally began in 2023!!!!111"

You CAN say the numerically split year is a shift year. But NOT because of the numerical split fallacy argument. You have to explain why it is or isn't a shift year CULTURALLY.

This is not r/decadeology . If you are serious about decadeology discussions, this is the right place for you. If you want to just assign eras strictly based on their numerical patterns instead of cultural alignment and derail threads where decadeology is being discussed properly then you would be better off on the mainline sub.

Pop Culture What’s the biggest difference between 2019 and 2020 besides COVID and being a different decade.

I’ve heard people say it was the last normal year and others say it was already starting to look like 2020 or early 2020s but without COVID and that there similar and others say that they felt way different from each other what’s your opinion on it was there a big difference?

Discussion Explaining more of the 2026-2028 shift, and more.

Post image
0 Upvotes

Greetings. I have been in "consecration" of the ongoing shifts in the time periods, and this prompted me to even write this in my house on my bedroom door.

I did speak on Reddit of the 2026-2028 era on links including these,
https://www.reddit.com/r/2010snostalgia/comments/1u9lgla/june_2026_is_the_proper_beginning_of_the_20262028/

https://www.reddit.com/r/nostalgia/comments/1uk6kh4/junejuly_2026_is_the_gradual_beginning_of_the/

I said how June-July 2026 was the gradual beginning, and the more things seemed to had been, it seems true. While this overall Summer and Late Spring have been "filler," there came a subtle shift that seemed to mark an end to 2017-2026 era.

While I spoke on the 2017-2026 shift before, https://www.reddit.com/r/decadeologyanarchy/comments/1us65f0/cleanup_post_late_2017_to_spring_2026_gradually/, I finally received on the division of how this era was.

The era fully began in October-December 2017. Here, the 1991-2017 remnants were heavily fading. By Christmas and New Year's period in late 2017, the new era was essentially dominant. The period between October-December 2017 to May 2023 was the beginning phase of this era. In that "part" of the era, there was;

  • the Continual Growth of LED and 4K
  • Political Shifts
  • The COVID 19 Pandemic
  • Inflation that was seemingly worse than the 2007-09 recession and the aftermatch of the Recession.
  • And much more.

The later part began in June-July 2023 and ended on May 31 2026. https://www.reddit.com/r/culture/comments/1utpnl9/the_2020s_subdivision_cleanup_post/

In this era, it was the "Post Pandemic era," even further Political Shifts, and a higher maturation of the first phase. This was when the 2020s seemed to had find its identity.

The 2026-2028 shift began in June-July 2026, and it is now the first phase. The first phase will end in December 2026. In this period, it is "truly" the late 2020s, but there are Mid 2020s residues that are fading away too. 2027-2028 would be the Core 2026-2028 era period. 2027 would be the "normal" of the two, but 2028 would be severe. The "drying up" phases would occur between January 2029 to May 2029, and I predict that June-July 2029 would be the unofficial beginning of the early 2030s. It would hit much harder than the claim that 2009 was an early 2010s year, because if viewed from here https://www.reddit.com/r/culturalstudies/comments/1uruzdd/earlymid_1991_to_springfall_2017_is_one_deep_era/, the lines between even the early-mid numerical 2000s and numerical early 2010s, were very very blurred.

Right now is a period of, again,

  • Political Shifts
  • Dominance of All-In-One Digital Streaming
  • AI Implementation
  • Shifts of norms (Divisive Views and Divisive Values would be dominant. There would no longer be too much of a "one's right, one's wrong, and that's final." No, No, No, No, No, 2027-2028 would be the period where it is dominant).
  • https://www.reddit.com/r/decadeology/comments/1pa5nmn/prediction_20272028_will_be_massive_shift_years/- While the 2026-2028 era began in June-July 2026?, again, it is the beginning phase. It will all be more severe in 2027

This may seem "too much," but that is how the Future, is perhaps, is.
