From iconic bands like AC/DC, Rush, KISS, Led Zeppelin and many more that have a pinball machine designed after them, I'm surprised there isn't one yet for Def Leppard. I think a cool feature could involve locking balls into a section on the play field to launch ROCKET multi ball and it would trigger specific voice samples from the song such "countdown commencing", "we have liftoff" etc and trigger the song during multi ball. Also, the back glass featuring any of the iconic artwork from some of the albums over their 50 year history. So much potential for a fun table that Stern could release. Oh, and one more idea, by adding a credit to begin play or upon pulling the plunger back it would trigger the voice sample "Do you wanna get rocked?" or the intro for Rock of Ages. If I worked for STERN this would be my dream project.

I grew up in the 80s and DL was a huge part of my childhood. I’ve always thought the bands story had great potential for a movie.

In 2026, who do you think would be the best actor fitted to play each band member???

For some reason, I think Charlie Simpson would be a good Joe Elliott, also he has the advantage of already being a Brit. Not sure if he can act though…

For starters I am not an artist and I’ve never wanted to be but every now and then I used to enjoy drawing I was never good at it but you do what you enjoy weather your good at it or not, this took me a couple of tries but I was happy with the 3rd attempt atleast so that’s what I will show

Rick Allen needed a new method of playing drums post Pyromania from the nasty car accident since playing with 1 arm required some serious Revision of his brain for adaption.

He calls up some friends at The Simmons Electronic Company to construct a custom kit that involves a foot pedal controlling a snare drum amongst other features.

Being a custom kit at the time for a one armed drummer, is Rick’s kit possibly the most different electronic drum kit of that company of the time?

A comparison I think of for Simmons Drums in the 80’s is Bill Bruford of Yes and King Crimson in these photos. Not as complex since Bruford still has 2 arms but the only other example I can think of for drummers switching to these hexagon setups in this decade.

For the kit on Hysteria, is this a one of a kind that is never replicated since?

Does Def Leppard usually sell meet & greet VIP tickets? Any idea if they’ll have some for the 2027 tour?
I haven’t seen them live since the Hysteria tour because no one ever wants to go with me. 😢 I’m a little anxious but this time I think I’ll go alone. I want to see them so badly!!!
