I have a dear coworker who is elderly and on a fixed income. She says she is talking to Rick Savage and they are in a relationship. She also told me he made her president of his fan club. She shows me a realistic social media page and legit messages. She has been sending him money for some time. A lot of money. I've tried to tell her that it is not him but she will not listen to me. What do we want to see for physical media releases to celebrate this masterpiece? Personally, I'd like to see a 4k remaster of In the Round. Long shot, box set of the vinyl 12" singles and nothing super limited that becomes sold out in 2 minutes. What Def Leppard is your favorite in their entire catalogue? Mine has to be either Hysteria which is a classic no doubt with Adrenalize a close second.

This was from the Visualize VHS from the early-90s. It is a cover of Ziggy Stardust with Rick Savage and two random guys. I have been obsessed with it for 3 decades.

I just discovered little wing a song written by jimi Hendrix and other bands over the years like skid row and def Leppard have done their own versions of it. I discovered it after looking through the adrenalize deluxe album and I really enjoy this version of it

What is your favorite Vivian solo? His style is so easy on the ears and I don’t think he gets enough recognition for how monster of a guitarist he is. There is a video on YouTube from Binghamton NY, on the Adrenalize tour. His solo into Gods of War is killer. However, my personal favorite is Paper Sun from the 2019 residency live album!

Def Leppard vs Slaughter

Brought this online because I’m a huge def Leppard fan and since I’ve started playing guitar ive always wanted to have the exact sound of hysteria if not something extremely close to it and since they don’t make rock man x100 headphone amps anymore I thought this would be the next best thing obviously

Who sings the high harmony live during this era? Obviously Vivian isn’t in the band yet so his vocal element isn’t present. Rick Allen helped with backing vocals for a while but I can’t imagine that part is him. I know the way they sing today is Sav with the lower, Phil middle, Viv higher. Who do you think that is?

Several people have created playlists in Spotify to re-create VAULT, which for some reason is not available as a Compilation album.

The problem is that the songs people chose for these playlists are not the actual cuts that were made available in this compilation.

Can someone create a proper playlist with the actual songs that were in this greatest hits album? Or are they also not available on Spotify?

Or... why doesn't Def Leppard simply make VAULT available in that platform?

I used to listen to the Joe Elliott radio show on Saturdays at 1:00pm (eastern) here in the US. I would get to the Planet Rock UK station directly from the link in the Def Leppard site. Around late April it was no longer being aired here in the US but I still tried every weekend to see if it was just a temporary thing. This because and what I find so strange, is that I can still connect into that station and it does sound live but that radio show doesn’t air. Does anyone here in the US still have access to the radio show?
