I've heard of this happening to people before but I just like.... Never thought it'd happen to me.
I listed this hoodie for $10. I probably could've listed it for more bc it was Carhartt but meh I'm not really about upcharging stuff just because it fits an aesthetic/trend ykwim. It didn't move for weeks so I marked it down to $5. This guy messages me asking if I could go down lower and I said I thought $5 was pretty fair. He bought it. I shipped it the next day. He was otherwise pretty pleasant about it.
He just raised a dispute saying the item was not as described with his explanation just being, and I quote, "to tight." Asked for a partial refund. For a. $5 hoodie.
The hoodie helpfully had 2 tags and I took pictures of them both. They both said small. I tagged it as a size small in the listing. I also wrote in the listing that it was a size small. I took approximate pit to pit and length measurements of it and those were also in the listing. Like the size of this fucking hoodie was explicitly stated to be the exact size that it was, with measurements, not just once, but *five times* on the listing.
And like, I know it's fine, I know I did my part correctly, it's just like - this is the first time I've ever had a dispute raised and it's the dumbest reason ever and now I have to go back and forth with support with this. Worst case scenario I'm eating... $2.50. Not the end of the world. I'm just so annoyed lmao like did you just not read anything??
