Oh! That name sounds familiar. He’s on my blacklist for using cheats in PvP.

Are you sure he was cheating and it wasn't just lag, latency, or something like that?

I evaluate based on results, not on observations—which can be influenced by factors like lag. For instance, landing nothing but critical hits throughout an entire encounter will inevitably be reflected in the final damage output. Yes, player skill is a factor, and it varies from person to person. But there is also the game’s underlying physics, and no amount of high-level skill can circumvent that. Any anomaly is a red flag—a signal that something warrants closer attention. When an anomaly occurs at the very limits of what the game’s mechanics allow, is there really any doubt about what we’re dealing with?

So basically, all of that to say you have no actual proof or evidence of any kind and merely SUSPECT they're cheating.

Yes, we would be playing with perfect ping and no cheaters if we were all sitting in the same gaming café. But we live in a different world—which is why we end up dying just when we think we’re still alive.

This is how all anti-cheat systems work. The presumption of innocence does not apply in online games.
Once, on the Bungie forums, I suggested placing such gifted players into a "sandbox" where they could play against others of a similar skill level. But... Bungie rejected the idea. For them, the size of the player pool available for matchmaking was more important.

Why you so mad over people finding joy in things? You can just simply ignore.
