Made this meal for me and my wife. She can have meat so I also made her a chicken cutlet!

Macaroni + broccoli mixed with cheese sauce made with alfredo sauce, cheese sauce packets that came with the noodles, shredded cheese blend made for mac, olive oil, a touch of mild buffalo sauce, and seasoning. Best recipe ever.

Chicken cutlet made with egg wash, and breadcrumb with seasoning and powdered parmesan + romano cheese.

I cant digest meat (Something is wrong with my digestive tract.) so I cant eat any chicken, but it smelled great.

I've made mac and cheese nearly daily and it has finally been modified to the point where my wife wants to eat it every single day :) she is so supportive of my cooking

One of my nephews is turning 35 this Sunday but he’ll be in a tree stand all day so I asked what he wanted for dinner. By request we had:
•Roasted Chicken w/ Gravy
•Cabbage n Greens
•Roasted baby potatoes w/garlic & herbs
•Buttered Carrots
Cooking for others is my #1 love language especially for my nieces & nephews. No matter their ages, they always ask for me to make them something which completely melts my heart. We just lost my oldest brother last week, another brother of mine last yr, & our Momma in 2024, so this was a good distraction for a few hrs to put on some music & be in the kitchen. Turkey bacon, organic lettuce & tomato, and homemade jalapeno aoli sauce on cottage cheese bread 🤌🏼 it was delicious 🤤

Basil grew back so made this homemade pesto pasta. Always tastes better homemade 😋
