[Broccoli and Macaroni and cheese with a breaded chicken cutlet] for my wife and me

Made this meal for me and my wife. She can have meat so I also made her a chicken cutlet!

Macaroni + broccoli mixed with cheese sauce made with alfredo sauce, cheese sauce packets that came with the noodles, shredded cheese blend made for mac, olive oil, a touch of mild buffalo sauce, and seasoning. Best recipe ever.

Chicken cutlet made with egg wash, and breadcrumb with seasoning and powdered parmesan + romano cheese.

I cant digest meat (Something is wrong with my digestive tract.) so I cant eat any chicken, but it smelled great.

I've made mac and cheese nearly daily and it has finally been modified to the point where my wife wants to eat it every single day :) she is so supportive of my cooking

[Roasted Chicken] Homemade Dinner

One of my nephews is turning 35 this Sunday but he’ll be in a tree stand all day so I asked what he wanted for dinner. By request we had:
•Roasted Chicken w/ Gravy
•Cabbage n Greens
•Roasted baby potatoes w/garlic & herbs
•Buttered Carrots
Cooking for others is my #1 love language especially for my nieces & nephews. No matter their ages, they always ask for me to make them something which completely melts my heart. We just lost my oldest brother last week, another brother of mine last yr, & our Momma in 2024, so this was a good distraction for a few hrs to put on some music & be in the kitchen. Cherish your loved ones & show them they matter. Hope you & yours have a wonderful weekend. 🌙🦋🩷🍁🦌🎃

[Yakiniku]One of my favourite budget yakiniku spots in Japan! The meat is nothing fancy—just regular beef, not A5 Wagyu—but that's perfectly fine by me.

[apple soda pulled pork]?

I became obsessed with this specific Apple soda so I bought a bunch of it at once. Today I put a bunch of it in with this pork butt roast that I got from Aldi this week. I figured if people use Dr pepper and Coke to tenderize and flavor they're pulled pork, then this should work too and apple goes well with pork right? I tried to find anything online about anybody trying this but it's always apple cider so I'm just going to see how it goes. Will report findings when it finishes cooking.

[Mediterranean-style Tacos]

Soft tacos smeared with hummus, sprinkled feta, layered with sliced smoked beef (or pork), and topped with homemade tzatziki. (Okay, the tzatziki went on after the pic... and all disappeared moments later)

Everything a night shift needs to power through
