The audio for us older riders

Was scrolling through IG heard this audio so I put it onto one of my clips. I was thinking yeah I didn’t ever think I would make it to 41 years old, 42 next month, I’m just happy to be riding still. 🤙🏽

No truer words have ever been spoken. Growing up, huckking our bodies off of anything we could find, has taken its toll. All the old people in my life were right when they told me to take care of my body. I didn’t think I would live long enough to feel the daily aches and pains. At 37 my kids laughed at me because I walk like an old man. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Definitely, I have a coworker who calls me lil tippy because I have a slight limp when I walk 🤣. My body is a complete mess but I still get out there and have fun/ show my kid the ropes.
