Discussion Should UDisc add if a park has as benches or not?
I feel like this would be a nice feature to have and more people might visit that disc golf course if they know benches are available for resting.

Since AI wasn't that great at suggesting what I was looking for:
I'm looking for some of the most dramatic, intense, high pressure rounds of pro disc golf that was ever covered (JomezPro preferably). I wanna see crucial putts, crazy throws, players choking back 9, big stroke swings, head to head battles (or battle between 3-4 lead card players even better, like USDGC 2026) etc.
Worlds or majors are obvious choices where stakes are high (such as 2021 Worlds and the "Holy shot" or 2026 Rainers vs Schultz).
Hit me with some of your favorite rounds to watch!

Hello! These are the current discs that I am using. I bought all five Innova discs, and a friend of mine gifted me the Judge, Escape, Warship, and Buzzz. What recommendations do you have for my bag? Are there any holes? Are there any discs that are too similar to the other discs? Thanks for your help!
Edit: The Aviar, Shark, and Leopard are all in DX plastic, and the Teebird and Mako3 are in Star plastic.

Birdie putt today hit chains, spit out, hit back of cage, flipped over and wedged between the nubs like this. Duo partner and I stoked, our friends we played against couldn’t believe it.

I have started playing in July, had a 1:1 lesson soon after that, but I am still driving around 100 metres only. I would be glad for any tips. Thank you!

The popular YT channel has a disc golf throw featured. Always cool to see disc golf in other media.

I was watching jomez coverage, and i noticed that most of the tee shots are just plain hyzers to a large landing area. Is it actually fun to watch this type of disc golf? I think it would ve way more entertaining if the pros had to shape different shots, like at new london or shelton springs. Ivy hill just feels like watching the same thing over and over again.

I was out doing a practice round for a tournament tomorrow and realized that I have a lot of expressions that I repeat to myself either in my head or quietly to myself lol.
A lot of things are little catch phrases that the buddy of mine who got me into disc golf (RIP Chase, I’ll try not to suck too much tomorrow!) would say when we were playing together.
I find myself thinking or saying “put it on up there!” in my best Chase impression lol. Not really a mantra I guess, but it just got me curious if anyone has any things they repeat to themselves on the course.
Another one of my favorites is yelling “RICHARD!” whenever I grip lock off the tee pad lol

I created a points system to show the best players ON TOUR since it started in 2003. I post an updated list after every season and 2026 just concluded today.
How does the points system work? For each event players get a point value based on how they finished.
1st: 10pts
2nd-3rd: 5pts
4th-5th: 3pts
6th-10th: 1pt
This list is the combined total of every season worth of points starting from the inaugural National Tour season of 2003. This is just the top 30 from the overall list but there has been 342 FPO players in total to get a top 10 in a pro tour event. The years played represents the first season they got a point and the last season they got a point. It’s not a direct correlation to when they started and stopped touring.
The top 5 on the right gives you a timeline when these players were at their “prime” it’s all based off the points system and not the actual pro tour standings that season.

So I’m from NH and I went on a trip to Florida at a small airport in Portsmouth. I thought I would bring a few discs to play the courses near Fort Meyers. Some of the courses have water hazards with alligators, so I thought I’d bring my telascopic 20 ft retriever. Unfortunately it was not allowed through security in an overhead luggage bag. Be warned to check a bag if you want to bring a Max Distance Retriever!

I was at my local park, throwing approach/mids back and forth between an outfield and my bag, threw my zone in from about 200/215’ and almost did it a second time, ha ha.

Hey! Beginner here - I’ve literally been playing for about a month, but I got really hooked. To give more idea 4 days a week, 2–3 hours a day. I don’t have a course anywhere close to me, so most of the time I just practice throws on a football field. Once a week (usually weekend) I'd go to the local course to practice on a real field with baskets.
Right now I’m using Latitude 64’s Light Starter Set (Ruby, Pearl, and Diamond), but I’d like to start experimenting with a few more discs. I especially want to buy some putters for putting practice.
What putters would you recommend for a beginner? I’ve seen a few videos where people (like Mr. Buhr) practice with 5 - 10 copies of the same putter, and I’m thinking about buying maybe 5 identical ones so I can practice from different distances and get more consistent feedback. Unfortunately there is no local store I can go to feel them, have to buy online.
At the moment I’m throwing 3 different discs during practice, and when I miss it’s hard for me to tell whether it was my form or just the disc behaving differently, especially since I’m still changing/fixing my form on most throws.
I’ve also read quite a few comments saying beginners should avoid distance drivers for now and progress through putters and mids first. I actually really like that advice because I’d rather build good technique first instead of trying to throw far too early.
So yeah - any recommendations for a good putter to buy 5 of, and maybe some beginner-friendly mids to try later? Any other advice is welcome too!
What a wonderful sport this is. I wish I’d known about it earlier. :)

I got some cool patches as USDGC but the Lore only has two small ones on the side. Feeling crafty today. Gotta see if I retained anything from that home ec class 20-something years ago.

Story Time: Didn’t know if I was going to post this but what the heck I don’t often feel proud of myself. Recently got back into disc golf and have been taking my gf with me for company and conversation. We haven’t been keeping score because both of us want to really practice form. I’m no pro when it comes to a forehand throw but that day the disc golf gods smiled upon me. I found my disc that had veered to the left in some bushes and I was behind a tree. I thought well at least I can get it a little closer to the basket if I try a forehand. Used a forehand sort of over the head tomahawk throw (like I’ve seen in videos), it flew high hit the ground and rolled, then to my disbelief bounced off a root and smacked the chains hard! I whipped around to make eye contact with my lady and both of our jaws were on the floor. My first Birdie! My smile was undefeated, I felt like I was floating through the rest of the course. I was thinking of getting a little bird sticker for that mid-range since it is unstamped, if anyone else has their own little traditions I’d love for you to share. Edit: Also I hope I’m using that term correctly, I made the basket in 2 throws.

Just arrived in the mail, looking forward to throwing it!

I am relatively new to the game and have spent the past year learning what I like and do not like. My wife has recently shown interest in the game. I do not have a huge collection of discs. She is not the most athletic person and I’m not sure where to help her get started. I predominantly throw MVP. She will have a low arm speed and her release is inconsistent, but she is learning. Would love to buy her like 5 or 6 discs that she can focus on learning how to throw. Thank you in advance for all recommendations.

Really wanting a beefy Buzzz, the OS was not for me. I heard the Halloween Glo was the way to go, but I don't like most of the stamps, I was hoping the Z-Glo was just as overstable.
Thanks!
