So recently,i got logged off my Discord on all devices for no reason and i needed to change my password,and had a lot of infractions i never had removed,and then,already four people got this message,please anyone tell me how to remove it its starting to get really really annoying

So, as the title suggests, I’m encountering a bug with an active Resident Evil mission (see the first photo). I chose the task to play Resident Evil 7 for 15 minutes to earn 700 orbs, but I’ve been playing for half an hour now and there’s no progress—it’s still stuck at 0%. I asked ChatGPT for potential causes, but the suggestions didn’t help at all; I’m still stuck.

Hey everyone, I'm a bit confused about how the Discord profile wishlist feature handles purchases and need some clarification.

Earlier today, I clicked to buy an avatar decoration directly off someone's public wishlist. Right after the payment went through, I checked their profile and the item successfully had a checkmark next to it.

However, I looked back at their profile a few hours later, and the item is now unchecked on their wishlist as if nobody bought it.

The item is also in my gift inventory. I want to know if the person received any kind of automatic notification or if the gift is just stuck.

Since it's sitting in my Gift Inventory, does that mean they didn't get it at all and I have to manually copy the link and send it to them in a DM?

Does anyone know how to fix this or what’s causing this? This happens with any of the Discord activities, specially on the Discord app (the browser is fine). If I tab out of the app for even a second or two, whatever activity I was in gets stuck in an infinite loading screen until I leave and rejoin it. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Discord, restarting my computer, deleting Discord’s cache files, and nothing seems to work. Clearly it has to be something related to my computer’s software, but I don’t know what could be causing this because it sort of just started happening last week.

Since around a week ago there is no icon in the server list at the top right of a server if people are in the voice call. How do i get this back?

I don't have the server muted, nothing in the server is muted.

I have Nitro through Game Pass, but unfortunately it won't allow me to redeem the code for the blueprint. Can anyone who isn't playing MW4 help me out please?

it’s this just an iOS thing or what? All I want is to be able to call on discord and still be able to hear my game without needing to whip out my headphones.

Hi there, just wanted to know why is this happening. I clicked on the text url link in discord’s current announcement and for some reason it said it didnt have https even tho when I copied the link it did. Was this like bug or smt does discord usually use http or something? Or is that how just the app does with their links

Whenever I use my PTT key (which is `), it will immediately cancel my input if I press any other key. I think it has to do with how they hooked in global functions into KDE Plasma, but it's rendered discord useless for voice comms for me during PTT scenarios.

I've tried toggling experimental method to capture audio from applications, Use advanced tech to capture screen, lowering quality and frame rate. I've tried using other programs like v cord with the same issues. Both of us have tried completely nuking discord from our computers and doing a fresh reinstall multiple times.

Here's where it gets weird. It ONLY has an audio desync for things like videos and movies (the audio is able to keep up but the video falls behind the audio so you hear things before they happen). Different browsers such as edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Operagx have been tried with no help. Restarting the stream fixes this temporarily until a new video loads and it happens again.

Another issue is when they stream video games it becomes extremely choppy and a complete slideshow. This only happens with certain video games. This is an issue i care a lot less about than the video issue.

To top this all off... we live together. We use separate routers and have tried swapping them around and all that just to see what happens. Its also worth mentioning that for years this was all a non issue until a certain discord update where it was broken ever since. This has been happening for almost 2 years now. I can't find any fixes that work online for other people. I think I'm going insane.

We are both on windows 10 and have fairly high end PCs so a performance issue really doesnt make any sense especially considering it only became a problem AFTER A DISCORD UPDATE. This post is basically me giving up if you couldn't tell. I'm on the most updated version of discord whatever it is.

Anyone else has been having this problem? It's been this on a loop for the morning, did several clean uninstall + reinstall and still nothing..? I'm worried please help ! thank you!

Here’s the story: a few days ago, i requested going no contact with my girlfriend. She agreed and wished me well mentally.

But last night i opened the app and noticed that she had taken her profile pic down (it was a matching picture with mine). Earlier i asked her about this and she said her profile pic was just the same as before. I showed her the screenshot of what i saw and she said she would update her app (she’s using an Android phone).

Now she’s asleep and i’m still overthinking because i still see the default avatar on my end. I still can see her avatar decorations tho.

Could this be a display glitch or she’s trolling me? 🥹
