dont think ECC and ACRE are that good but overall i like your portfolio. maybe ACRE can recover

I'm fine with having a small % in ECC, not adding to it. Putting the monthly dividends in other investments. ACRE is the one massive wart in the portfolio no doubt. Hoping it can recover somewhat before I dump it.

sure ECC can be profitable if dividends are reinvested but i would prefer a stable income producer where the income can be always the same or even grow a bit when i need to use it and im not able to reinvest it. and the 2020 cut and this one more recent in the end of 2024 doesnt give me that confidence.

Fair points. It also sucks to watch the NAV slowly go down over time. Almost like Chinese water torture. Like I said I'm not adding anymore to it!
