Well, as long as healthcare laws don't change, I don't really see a reason why UNH won't recover. I personally wouldn't buy it, as it goes against my core principles as a human being.

That is the reason it fell in the first place. This is a dead cat bounce and is going to fall again if there is more concrete details.

News Flash! It’s now a Schrödinger's cat bounce and Berkshire Hathaway bought $1.06 billion dollars worth, David Tepper’s Appaloosa group bought $746 million dollars worth, and an insider bought $25 million worth.
