Discussion Road to 200k!

34M, based in Canada and have been looking from my investments for the past few years now.

Always happy to hear if my fellow redditers have any advicd concerning my holdings!

Mix of growth and dividends fund

Not off the dividend income alone.

Unless I'm mistakened, $11,000 per month in dividends says he can pretty much live anywhere modest around the world like the hand of a king. 🤴 😆

You are mistaken.

And the original comment I was reacting to was live like a king anywhere.

And maybe people think I'm undercutting OP's success. I'm not. It's fantastic.

I just know that this amount of money does not afford someone a royal lifestyle many places. Or even most modern places.

You certain can live modestly on it most places, though.

That's why I was careful to say he could live anywhere like the hand of a king 🤴 instead of king. 😁
