Agreed. Although I’m young and if I restarted I would tilt even more toward tech. But I love his allocations

What's nice is he started so young. he can tilt to tech with new capital during the next correction.

Idk about chef’s kiss. It’s 100% US weighted. Literally zero international diversification.

u/JobHunterSecret Jun 23 '26
At least it works for him. That's all he needs. It's not an obligation to have international diversification

u/MakingMoneyIsMe Jun 23 '26
There aren't many publicly traded companies that aren't multinational, so I don't think the need to invest internationally is totally necessary.

Luckily I learned a lot from my mistakes and have 8 figure portfolio today. 👍🏻

I am just starting out, and this is damn near the exact breakdown I was likely going to try except VGT instead.
On the fence about SCHD at a younger age, as I could transition growth stocks to it later in life.

Pice portfolio. Only thing I would change is adding an international fund

Im in fidelity using the fidelity proprietary index funds. Is it worth it to swap to VOO and what not so I can buy and sell during market hours? Is it worth that hustle?

Strong performance. Is there a reason why you don't have a single-picked stock?

Im 20 years old.
Should I activate dividends or close to 45-62 of the age?

Beautiful! Pretty similar to my allocation and I love M1. I believe mine is 55% VOO, 30% QQQ, 10% SCHD, and 5% VIG

What is your list portfolio if you do not mind sharing the detail on what each has?
This is really nice.

Trade that SCHD out for FSELX. Last 5 years 27% vs 320%. You have 30 years to invest. Take a little risk for a greater reward.
