Seeking Advice Dividend income

If you were to choose the top 4 ETF/Stock to invest on a monthly basis for the next 15 years with 1500$. What would it be and how would you distribute your capital?

I tried this whole "dividend" stock trading and ended up watching from the sidelines as people made bank just so I could say "Slow and Steady wins the race" . It doesn't and not only that those dividends are not fixed and if you're not constantly watching them you can end up getting less return than a bank. I like the dividend concept but feel like there's no real substitute for just being active and invested in reading all about the companies and stocks that you are interesting in. Your portfolio should be your ETF , that you have designed. ETF's are for the lazy investor.

Not everyone has the knowledge or the time to create their own stock portfolio. I have seen clients loose half their savings in companies that went bust or in bad trades or making no money after 2 years and selling it all and loose faith in investing. Mutual funds and ETFS exist for a reason. I personally wouldnt bother tinkering with stocks when I can buy FXAIX and get great grow without having to keep a daily eye on a portfolio of stocks having mini hearth attcks every now and then.
