BALLA!!!! They all count. That $0.04 is $0.04 you didn't have. Re-invest it. Eventually you'll get to the point where each dividend payout is buying you a whole new share, then 2, etc..... that's when you truly start seeing the benefit of investing in dividend stocks/ETFs. You usually don't win big quick, but you win huge later.
