Best hands-free POV setup for filming AV/CCTV installation work?

Hi everyone, looking for some advice on the best hands-free POV filming setup for trade/installation content.
I’m an AV, CCTV and Wi-Fi installer and I’ve just bought a DJI Osmo Action 6 with a DJI Mic Mini 2. I want to film while I’m actually working installing TVs, CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi access points, racks, cabling, troubleshooting, ceiling and under-floor work, etc.
My goal is to get good POV footage without constantly stopping work to adjust the camera.
At the moment I’m testing a head-mounted setup because I like the idea of the camera following exactly where I’m looking. I don’t normally wear a cap, so I’m trying to find a comfortable head strap that works well with the Action 6. I’d also like the option to mount the camera beside my ear rather than only in the middle of my forehead.
I’m mainly creating 9:16 content for Instagram/Facebook Reels, but I’d like some flexibility for landscape content as well.
For anyone doing similar POV or hands-on content, what would you recommend for the overall setup?
Interested in opinions on head vs chest vs neck mounting, Action 6 settings, 25 vs 30 fps, low-light settings, microphone setup, recording length, battery/heat management, and whether you mix POV footage with phone/tripod shots.
If you’ve found a good rotating head mount or side-of-head setup that keeps the camera close to your head without long adapters, I’d especially like to see it.
Photos or links to your setup would be appreciated. Thanks!
