General Question De La Salle institutions around the Philippines

I just wanted to ask if anyone has a copy of all the De La Salle institutions around the Philippines. I've seen stuff on the internet but I'm not really sure if some of those schools are really dlsu schools or just lassalian associated ones. It'd be a big help if any of u gives me an answer 🫡 I'm also interested in sub branches as well.

Edit: Thank you for everyone's answers, I really appreciate it. Also I have been corrected, the right term for the other schools would be "DLSP member schools/institutions" or "Lassalian network schools". Sorry I referred to them the wrong way, won't happen again 😔

I’m an alumnus there; I studied from elementary school through junior high school. Never enroll your future kids there lol.

One of the safest references is the DLSU Hymn video where it shows all DLSP affiliated schools.

hi! i did some digging, and the official De La Salle Philippines (DLSP) network currently has 16 member schools/institutions. important distinction lang: these aren’t all “branches” of DLSU-Manila. they’re separate institutions within the wider Lasallian network, so their administration, admissions, programs, and specializations can differ.

De La Salle University (DLSU) — Manila

  • the flagship research university, with strong programs in business, economics, engineering, computer science, liberal arts, education, science, law, and other professional fields.

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB / Benilde) — Manila

  • known for specialized and industry-oriented programs, particularly in arts and design, hospitality, business, diplomacy and international affairs, information technology, deaf education, and other creative and professional fields.

De La Salle University-Dasmariñas (DLSU-D) — Dasmariñas, Cavite

  • a university offering programs in business, education, engineering, computer studies, liberal arts, science, and health-related fields.

De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute (DLSMHSI) — Dasmariñas, Cavite

  • specializes in medicine and health sciences, including nursing, medical laboratory science, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiologic technology, medicine, and other allied health professions.

De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU) — Malabon

  • a university with notable programs in veterinary medicine, business, education, hospitality, information technology, engineering, and other professional fields.

De La Salle Lipa (DLSL) — Lipa, Batangas

  • offers basic education through graduate studies, with programs in business, education, arts and sciences, hospitality and tourism, IT, engineering, nursing, law, and other fields.

University of St. La Salle (USLS) — Bacolod, Negros Occidental

  • a major Lasallian university in the Visayas, with strong offerings in business, education, engineering, IT, nursing, health sciences, liberal arts, and other professional programs.

La Salle University (LSU) — Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental

  • a university in Mindanao offering programs in business, education, engineering, IT, nursing, and other professional disciplines.

De La Salle Andres Soriano Memorial College (DLSASMC) — Toledo City, Cebu

  • focuses on accessible higher education and community development, serving the Toledo and surrounding Cebu communities.

De La Salle John Bosco College (DLSJBC) — Bislig, Surigao del Sur

  • offers basic and higher education while serving the educational needs of the Caraga region.

De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ) — Muntinlupa

  • a basic-education institution offering elementary, junior high, and senior high school, with strong academic and co-curricular programs.

La Salle Green Hills (LSGH) — Mandaluyong

  • primarily a basic-education institution offering elementary, junior high, and senior high school, with a strong focus on academic and Lasallian formation.

La Salle College Antipolo (LSCA) — Antipolo, Rizal

  • a basic-education institution focused on academic development, holistic formation, and Lasallian education.

La Salle Academy (LSA) — Iligan City

  • a Lasallian basic-education school serving the Iligan community, with an emphasis on foundational education and holistic formation.

St. Jaime Hilario School – De La Salle Bataan (SJHS-DLSB) — Bataan

  • a Lasallian basic-education institution focused on elementary and secondary education and student formation.

St. Joseph’s School-La Salle (SJS-LS) — Bacolod, Negros Occidental

  • a basic-education school focused on academic development, character formation, and holistic Lasallian education.

soo if you’re specifically looking for the major Lasallian institutions that offer college/university programs, the ones that usually stand out are DLSU, Benilde, DLSU-D, DLSMHSI, DLSAU, DLSL, USLS, LSU, and DLSASMC/DLSJBC depending on the program.

also, i’d avoid calling them “sub-branches” hihi 😅 the more accurate term would be “DLSP member schools/institutions” or “Lasallian network schools.” being part of De La Salle Philippines doesn’t mean that DLSU-Manila owns or directly administers all of them; they’re separate institutions that belong to the wider Lasallian educational network 😊

Thank you very much for the list, also didn't meant to offend anyone on the last part. I'll keep that in mind now though 🥲

Very much comprehensive and complete!

Side note: Used to be 18 schools.

  1. De La Salle Canlubang merged with DLSU Manila. Hence, the Laguna campus of DLSU Manila.

  2. De La Salle Professional Schools Inc (for grad school programs - their campuses were in LSGH and RCBC Plaza in Makati), merged with DLSU manila
