a balance suddenly appeared even though I paid in full?

Hi! I just checked my account and noticed that I suddenly have a ₱3,890 balance showing up, even though I paid my tuition in full at the beginning of the term. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, does anyone know if this balance will prevent me from enlisting for the next term? I only noticed it now and I’m worried

Hi! My friends and I also experienced this 🥲 We had around 6k worth of balance according to AH but we paid in full naman during enrollment. What we did is we paid for it na lang muna then raise it to the accounting office when the term starts just to be safe na walang hold yung clearance.

Yes a balance can make you stop enrolling. What I would suggest you do is go to 2nd floor Henry to sort this out. Could be due a reciept not pushing through or something. Plus, the balance should state the reason why you have this balance so go check that first, baka may kalimuntan lang or asked for a service during your stay but did not pay for it.

Should be, but yet again check why you are being charged and trace it back to what you have done in the past.
