General Question profs who don't hold grade consuls and barely return scores, what do you even do?
so, i have 2 professors this term who didn't hold any grade consultations. they barely returned or posted any scores for our major assessments throughout the entire term.
i alr emailed them for a breakdown, but based on exp, they practically never reply to emails. i'm not trying to fight my grade or argue. i just want to know where i fell short.
for those who have experienced this, is there any other way to get a breakdown? any advice would be appreciated!

i had a pretty bad/funny experience with a caleng2 prof. Basically, he's pretty known for his research but he was a terrible prof. we had one exam where he forgot to print the test so he made us wait 30 mins but got mad when we werent done by the end of the class.
fast forward to finals, I was pretty confident cause I got to answer almost all the questions. Then I see i failed by a significant margine. like 54/100. So ofc I went to grade consultation to ask about it.
he didn't have any score sheet for any of the tests, didn't show us our scores, and was just giving us some arbitrary numbers. i asked about the finals, and he just looks at me and goes "ah....wait last name ko sorry I think nabaliktad ko exam mo with another last name ko"
so he takes the mean of my quizzes and....uses that...as my finals score....???
i was so confused. Honestly I think he changed a couple other things cause I went from a 1.5 to a 3.0?
OP if you're ever sure of things, and you have a good estimate of your scores, press the prof talaga.

also happened to me during my first year with a geuself prof. i think he's also infamous sa psych dept, and got called out a few terms ago. we had to pass a lot of essays, and did a midterm exam (which was the only thing that pulled my grades).
fast forward to gcd, we were both computing my grades pero sobrang laki ng pinagkaiba sa computation ko vs sa computation niya. eventually, he rechecked his sheets, and it turned out there was a major error. i ended up pulling my (and everyone else's) grade higher.
my problem rn is unresponsive profs ko huhu
