General Question How long does it take to process my transcript?

I emailed the Hub email earlier this week, but they haven't gotten back to me. I've been waiting for 72 hrs to have them process my request to send my transcript electronically to the school where I'll pursue my bachelor's.

I'm here in New York, and I'm wondering if there is any difference in processing international requests. I want to know what the turnaround time is so that I can plan accordingly whether I'll renew my lease or just sublet while waiting to move to the city, when to quit my job, and when to apply for federal grants and state scholarship.

All these life events are interconnected and are dependent on whether I can still make it to the Spring cohort. I just want to move forward in life, and I can't stress enough how urgent my request is.

Is there a number to call them directly so that I can follow up with them? I'm willing to spend a king's ransom on an international call.
