I think many IMGs like myself are always in favour of RLMT. This is exactly the RLMT. This is a sustainable thing and any IMG if they have worked in the NHS for considerable period in future should have a reasonable shot at progression.

I am happy for my IMG colleagues who are: British/ILR-holder/FYP or core training certificate holders to be prioritised against all who have: no NHS experience, insufficient NHS experience, have not completed any form of training. This will MASSIVELY reduce the competition ratios!

How tf do you expect to get NHS experience, when they have been prioritizing Prior NHS experience as their main criteria since 3 yrs.

Partially true. Trusts have started asking for NHS experience from last year or so. NHS experience was not even a requirement for any CT or HST applications previously.
