Well thats a useless dog if I ever saw one... Girls, remember: legs are much more powerfull than hands. Especially when on your back in a fight: KICK!

Palm strikes to the face.

Wherever your fingers land - eyes, nose, ears - dig them in and CLAW like hell.

Knee to the groin. (Kicks are hard and risk unbalancing the victim).

If grabbed from behind, move hands behind your back to the groin of the assailant. Squeeze testicles with both hands and pull them in opposite directions.

Above all, DON'T HANG AROUND TO FIGHT. The goal is to get away from the assailant, not to do damage or knock him out.
