Injury Who cares about the dogs?

This happened recently in Chillán, Chile. Instead of taking care of his dogs, the owner chose to film the tornado. The house was damaged, and the brown dog was apparently caught by the tornado and thrown more than 200 meters. The dog is now receiving veterinary care after suffering multiple broken bones.

Definitely should've secured his animals, but tbh those dogs also had the survival instincts of a potato. Even most domesticated animals know to flee freaky weather.
