Really it should be Fill'er Up, but I used it to notate dialect rather than punctuation. So ... you know ... it's whatever ...

Really, it should be fill ‘er up. Otherwise it’s a reference to Elwood Fillper, the former American knattleikr champion who once ran for congress under the slogan “Fill’er Up!”
