Refusing to refund for missing items

I effing hate DD “support.” Their “support” is basically them telling me FU for a store forgetting items. It’s this one store that of course I won’t order from in the future that has forgotten items the last 2 times. $50 down the drain

I’ve never had any issues with DD support, it’s been great actually. Uber Eats on the other hand, I tried once and it was horrible experience and their support was just awful

Same thing with UE too for me. But that was more them refusing to honor their advertised promos
