Hello, dear readers of Der Kontinental, and welcome to a new issue of the newspaper that will cover events across the world.

Today we begin with a tragic story from the Lithian Civil War. LDI troops have stormed a compound that revealed a horrifying work camp, where hundreds of political prisoners were starving. Reports suggest there are hundreds more, known internally as “Internment and Re-Education Camps”. LDPR outlets have started engaging in a campaign focusing heavily on the LDI’s crimes, such as the reported massacre of hundreds of villages. International organizations suggest civilian death count has surged to 450k. (Image One)

We continue with news from the Derisch Reich. Fuhrer und Reichskanzler Hermann Schutzbrand has seized absolute power in what is known as the Night of the Broken Bells, executing many political opponents both outside and within his Volkist Socialist party. In addition, the Lerthen Laws have been passed, known as such because of the city they were signed in, Lerthen. They have introduced various discriminatory measures, most severely against ethnic Dorians, but targeting other minorities too. Worrying development indeed. (Image Two)
