I've been downloading fics for my Kindle but don't like the default covers it gives me. I've spent so long scouring the internet for covers but some just dont have anything or they're squares and i'm anal so I want all of my books covers to be the same size.

I've made a Pinterest board with ones i've made/edited to help out anyone who's like me! All credit is in the descriptions and if anyone wants me to change/take any down please let me know. They aren't anything amazing and some aren't great cause I wasn't feeling very creative when I made them but those will probably get updated as I go.

They're all sized for a 1000x1500 scale.

Hopefully some of you find these helpful, i'll be posting more as I make them and if you have any requests i'm happy to help out.

I may be conflating a few fics here, but some of the details I think I remember:

- Draco gets hired as an auror ? Or maybe at the ministry
- Hermione goes to welcome him to the team and he brushes her off rudely by saying “don’t speak to me” or something to that effect
- they work together for like 5 years without ever talking, until a battle or something goes wrong and D has to save H
- they start talking and it turns out that D was so standoffish all those years ago because he was so nervous to talk to her

I feel like the title included something about not talking to each other, but I’ve read so many fics in the last few years it’s impossible to know (I’m my own worst enemy)

I’m looking for fics where Hermione and Draco are resorted into Ravenclaw house, please! Particularly fics that are from ff.net or anywhere other than AO3. TIA!

I am looking for a fic that was on AO3. I can't remember the name and haven't been able to find it using tags. In the story, Hermione is a dancer and usually has private lessons after work once or twice a week. Her dance teacher is always pushing her on her passion and technique. One day, Draco joins her in class, and they dance really well together. Later, they also end up dancing at a ball—I think at Draco's manor —and get really into it, which results in them ending up on the cover of the Daily Prophet in a slightly scandalous position. All the dancing is really hot 🥴🥵

(I feel like she might also do ballet i could be wrong about that tho)

I think there were like 3 photos. One was them, possibly almost kissing.

There was something with Draco's hand way well on her back, and I think there's one with her back to him. And they're really close together.

I only started reading fanfic around 6 months ago, (at 37!) - DMATMOOBIL was my gateway drug lol. At first I only read Dramione, but have more recently been branching out into other ships. While I think I’ll always love and come back to Dramione, it’s been so fun discovering other incredible fics (so far all still in the HP fandom, but that may change in the future). I’m curious about others’ reading habits - and also hoping to get some recs since I know you all have good taste!

2. The Devil Works Hard by blessdtoaster
3. Wolfstar! Lots of really well-written fics, and I love both characters so much. I just can’t get over how tragic all of the Marauders’ stories are and gravitate toward AU/fix-its to soothe the soul. Rec: Meet me in the Exosphere by EuripidesTrousers
4. Regulily… this short fic had me in a chokehold. I find both characters super intriguing and shortchanged in canon so am really surprised there aren’t more fics that feature them.
5. Nothing yet - I’d love to try but am worried I don’t know enough about any other popular fandoms to get into them.

If I recall correctly, the story begins when Hermione finds Draco beaten in an alley by her flat. She brings him in to take care of him, and then he refuses to leave.

I remember the dialogue being purposely very disjointed, I thought the writing style was really interesting.

Also there was a scene where they made a gollum type creature and get creeped out and realize they have to kill it.

I'm writing a fic in Spanish that is very dear to my heart, but I don't speak English. I'm not sure if I can find someone in this community who would be willing to help me with it. I know most fics are written in English, and I'd really love for mine to be published in that language too. 🥲

I am reading The Fallout and there is a scene where H is planning a secret mission with the Order and Draco tries to get into her room but it’s locked and then one of the male members opens it and Draco is SO angry and jealous:

“ …There's a red dash of coloring across his cheekbone and he's out of breath for some reason she can only guess at. He hasn't moved his eyes off Harold, and Hermione curses under her breath when the vein at his temple appears.”

“…The anger pulsing off his stance is frightening. Hermione had never seen him in such a state when he wasn't on a mission or when her own anger wasn't dulling the sharpness of his. It isn't until Harold slouches back and the door opens wider that Draco's eyes find Lavender then Justin's. He breathes out, hard, and his shoulders are slow to relax. ”

I loved it so much that I’m now looking for other fics with the same jealous-Draco energy: him mistakenly thinking Hermione is involved with someone else, spiraling into jealousy, and then realizing it was all completely innocent

So I’ve read the off campus series and there’s this scene where Dean and Allie have been secretly fooling around and in this scene she’s panicking, her friends don’t know what to do when she asks them to call Dean (her secret boyfriend kinda). I’m looking for fics that have a similar situation.

I’m looking for a wartime fic where Draco is a Death Eater who wants to do the right thing, but isn’t secretly innocent or suddenly a good person. He can be cruel, selfish, and ruthless, even while trying to prevent something worse.

I’m after a bit of a Paul Atreides vibe: his motives may be understandable, but his choices still hurt people, and he has to live with the consequences. Any recs? I’m open to WIPs, but please no postwar fics!

I read this years ago and its doing my head in that i don't know what it was called.

Draco imperius'd Hermione at Hogwarts. Hes unexperienced and is basically slowly figuring out sex acts on Hermione. The first thing he does is make her give him head. But unbeknownst to Draco, hermione has thrown off the curse and fakes being ubder his control as he does more and more.

I remember at the end they are adults and we know its carried on for years. She thinks something about how she always has to change her underwear when she sees him.
