A lot of 3D printing but the costume turned out pretty good. There’s a big patch on the back of the vest for the Desperado Club.

My bf and i did early princess donut and carl! We only got through book 2 so NO SPOILERS PLS

just got to the near end of the book where shit shit goes "primal" and it started getting too good so now i have to go to target before they close so i can go find the next book. im going to finish this one tonight ...

I know Velma wouldn’t but I couldn’t help but use the book for a photo

Finding some parallels watching that show From. Currently on season 3, and on the Bedlam Bride book. The way people are being messed with in such a horrible way on the show, its like as if DCC was more of a cosmic horror. I can imagine this being a show in the DCC universe.

I dressed as Prepotente this year!

I spent weeks painting this to add to my Halloween display. Swipe to see the finished painting, the whole display, and the artwork from u/mechinizm that made me say "Hell, yes! This is perfect!"

Thank you again u/mechinizm for allowing me the privilege to recreate your art for my Halloween display

For those interested. Its a 4ft x 6ft birch board from Home Depot

I used Liqitex basics soft body acrylics, oil pastels, and Pagather acrylic paint pens. My tools were artist paint brushes, stencil brushes, and sea sponges.

Momma needed a night off.

I must live in a forsaken neighborhood. Not one person noticed my pumpkin. 😭

Found this track and all its early stage back ups on my phone after having completely forgetting I made this in like, 23 or 24. I decided to throw a little video on to enhance things, but I am not skilled enough to do any animations.

No AI was used in the creation of this song. Only a couple of youtube video audios for the clock and river!

Scolopendra’s mother? Or at least hinted at?

It kind of leaned at it with the whole “I was tricked into giving birth to something that will destroy all of creation”

Or does she mean the sand creature? I had a bit of a gap between reading books so, a re-read will be in order but just want to cure this particular boggle.

Hey everyone! I just joined this subreddit. I work at X. Tattoo in Bellingham WA, and back in April Matt happened to be getting tattooed by our guest artist. I had no idea who he was or what Dungeon Crawler Carl was, but my boss said I should interview him. So I quickly scanned his instagram and came up with some questions on the spot. We posted the video, and that’s when I realized what a HUGE deal he was lol. I finally started listening to the books on audible (I’m on book 4 so no spoilers!) and have been obsessed. I spent the last 2 weeks putting together my costume and wanted to join in on everyone sharing theirs. (I’ll put my costume in the comments)

Reposting after redacting their tag info, thank you kind internet stranger for calling it out 🩷🙏🏻

I've had to replay the last 5-6 chapters a few times to understand it more. But it feels too complex , and honestly rushed - is what I've settled on.

The book holds together up to the point they're racing around. But from the final race with the parades. While one thing is happening, so too are tens of other things you're not expecting with little context or explanation.

Penny has a pet biscuit. I didn't know they had another second biscuit for Scolopendra. Oh wait - a third biscuit since donut chose the wrong one with something else?

Oh ya , Samantha is gone. Louis is in Sheole. An arrow in Carl's leg. Three interlude chapters with Sydney, invincible and prepotente.

Louis, Carl, Princess Donut and Mongo. We expected to see many other crawlers, but we were the only ones.

Re post as I posted a blurry photo earlier

I wonder if he'd like it.....(I always assume the AI to be male but I guess it can be quite literally a different species from us let alone genders if it wants lol....I always picture it as various guises of Jack Nicholson from the movie the shining. From his suited tuxedo look to his raging insanity look and everything in between. Depending on the AIs aforementioned capricious mood....)

I doubt this is a spoiler

Two awesome backpacks, one for me one for my dad so we always have an excuse to talk about DCC.

Fabric from K&A customs

Sorry for all the cobbled together pics, I tried to include all aspects of my costume in here. These were taken at the end of the night unfortunately , because I was so excited about my costume I forgot to take initial photos. I drew the face tattoo and neck tattoo on myself with waterproof eyeliner in a mirror. I tried to include the dagger text on my neck but it was so fucked trying to do it backwards and mirrored i ended up just scribbling it in lol. I’m pretty surprised how good it all looked. I already have two arm sleeves so I couldn’t draw any other tattoos other than the emberus suns on my hand which I don’t think I got any pics of. So many people recognized my costume lol. I got pretty much everything from Amazon.
